BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served in the Restaurant on the ground floor from 8:30 am to 10:30 am.
RESTAURANT
Guests must reserve for Dinner in the Restaurant before 10:30 am. Dinner is normally served at 8:30 pm.
MAID SERVICE
Rooms are cleaned daily and fresh linen and towels changed every 3 days. Please notify us of any broken crockery or glassware etc. that needs replacing.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check out time is 11:00. Please hand your key back to the reception when you check out. Check in is permitted from 12:00.
INTERNET / E-MAIL
Internet and e-mail service are available on request at the reception.
SAFE DEPOSIT
The central safe is available at the reception on request. An electronic safe is available in some rooms (see instructions): A) To open: press C, punch in the combination, press E (if Error is flashing, repeat over again; after the third error the system locks itself for 10 min: wait for the acoustic signal). B) To close: press E. C) To memorize your combination (door open bolts withdrawn into door): 1) press C and hold until Change lights up; 2) punch in the desired combination (3 to 8 digits) and press E; 3) punch in the same combination again and press E (OK lights).
SMOKING
In order to respect the comfort of other guests please do not smoke inside the rooms and use only the ashtrays provided outside.
SWIMMING POOL
The pool is located at the lower end of the property, in the olive groves. It is open from June to September, from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. Please note that the max depth of the pool is 1.60 meters and that is unattended by a life guard. Guests may use the pool under their own responsability.
ECO-SUGGESTIONS
To avoid any form of pollution please limit every extra use of water and electric power. We invite all our Guests to appreciate the special quiete and silence offered at Quercia Rossa.
